Cabane a Sucre

Cabane a sucre is a franco-canadian tradition of boiling down the sap from maple trees to make maple syrup. Every year hundreds of the maple farms offer up traditional franco-canadian meals and entertainment. Lucy invited some friends from work to join us and we had lots of fun eating, petting the animals, walking through the woods and eating crystalized maple sugar off the snow.

We can definitely recommend La P'tite cabane d'la cote.
